MEET REMY
Remy Garrison, a gifted singer-songwriter with a love for an inspiring song, is on a mission. She wants her music to empower others all around the world.
Garrison, who has set her sights on eventually selling out stadiums, is no stranger to tackling lofty goals. At 15, the Birmingham, Alabama, native started making trips to Nashville to write songs and made the permanent move to Music City at 18. She hit the ground running and quickly started writing with some of Nashville’s hitmakers and notched appearances at some of Nashville’s most historic and storied music venues, including Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge.
Born to parents who instilled in her a love of all types of music, Garrison has been singing since she could talk. She took voice lessons as a child, sang in plays at school and started writing her own songs around age 13. Her twin brother is also a musician.
With three successful pop singles and videos already under her belt, Garrison, now 21, is stepping out of her pop-centric past with a new focus on the genre closest to her heart and her roots, country music. She is excited to bring a new wave of young listeners to the format with her unique brand of progressive country songs.
